But, these are not just your ordinary pierogi, our California pierogi are packed with flavor using lots of fresh herbs, caramelized onions, roasted garlic, and spices. We offer whole-wheat pierogi and Vegan Pierogi (Mushroom Cabbage) too!

We strive to find all our fresh ingredients locally, from farmers here in the Bay Area, California, and we strive to find affordable organic ingredients, whenever possible. We also believe real pierogi should have a thin, delicate dough with twice the amount of stuffing. So all our flavors have more stuffing than dough, and you get more vegetables, cheese, or meat. We also have no short-cuts in our manufacturing process. All our onion is slowly caramelized for that sweet, savory flavor. Our organic bell peppers and garlic are also carefully roasted. Sure, it is extra work, but we felt our customers would appreciate the taste of real home cooked pierogi.
All our pierogi is frozen fresh, not precooked, to maintain nutrient value and quality. So, keep them frozen till you plop them in a pot of boiling water.

This is our grandma's traditonal recipe that just happens to be vegan too. Why do we not call these Sauerkraut Pierogi? Because we infuse all the flavors by slowly cooking all ingredients for hours, most do not know they are enjoying sauerkraut! Our tender beef round is blended with sweet caramelized onions, meaty crimini mushrooms, earthy roasted garlic, smoky paprika, and aromatic herbs for a mouth-watering bold flavor. This is slowly cooked in tomatoes and peppers, giving you a full meal in a dumpling. Add a sauce, but it ain't needed on these!
Our beef and pork comes from farmers dedicated to the well-being of their animals and their land. Fed on vegetarian diet, these animals are never given antibiotics, growth enhancers, or animal-by-products.
